Though Evan didn't get close enough to stick any elk with an arrow this weekend, he did see something even more rare! The following pictures are of an albino moose he saw while hunting this weekend. The moose had her calf with her, which was dark in color, which is visible in the first picture. We all had a wonderful time visiting friends of ours on our third annual trip to White Sulphur Springs!

Wierd - an albino moose? Looks like someone let their pet cow loose in the woods
It took Evan and Jeremy a second to realize what it was, but there was no doubt about it! :) Guess someone had seen one up there about 6 years ago, but no one has seen one since. It made the whole trip worth it for him, even if he did come home without an elk!
