- BROKEN people are over-whelmed with a sense of their own spiritual need

PROUD people are self-righteous; have a critical, fault-finding spirit; look at everone else's faults with a microscope, but their own with a telescope; look down on others

- BROKEN people are compassionate; can forgive much because they know how much they have been forgiven; esteem all others better than themselves

PROUD people have an independent, self-sufficient spirit.

-BROKEN people have a dependent spirit; recognize their need for others

PROUD people are self-protective of their time, their rights and their reputation

While fishing this weekend, we decided to try to get some good photos of the kids since it's been so long since we've taken any with the purpose of getting prints for frames and also to pass out to family. These were some of the results. Feel free to vote on your favorites so I have help knowing which ones to get prints of!

BEAUTIFUL SKIES

I just had to share some of these pictures we've taken this spring/early summer of the sky.

This one is a thunderhead that formed over the bluffs behind our house. You can see our house tucked in the trees.

The following pictures Evan took one night when a huge thunderstorm came through. We had large grape-sized hail with it and lots of lightening.
