What a beautiful family you have! Looks like you all had a blast! So did the Boiling River have warm water? Your other pictures look soooo cold with the snow and warm clothes but in that pic you guys look so relaxed in your swim suits.
I can't believe you all got so close to that bull elk! He was HUGE! Thanks for sharing the pics. Get's me in the mood for camping!
Thanks, Kim. We did have a great time! The boiling river is where the runoff from the hotsprings pours into the river near Gardner. So, if you go too far out in the river, it's cold, but the water pouring into the river at that point is REALLY hot. It's like sitting in a hot tub. :) It's kind of one of those un-advertised spots in the park. Next time you visit there, you'll have to stop!
