HOUSE PROJECT UPDATES

I've had several people ask me for updated pictures of our house, and though these aren't the greatest pictures, they do show a little progress.

I had a terrible time trying to get a picture of the trim around our big window b/c of the glare, but you can kind of see it here. The wood we used is aspen and it has lots of character in it.

Same window, bottom trim. Still needs baseboards...

This shows the crown molding above kitchen cupboards. Our interior doors will be stained close to the color of the molding, and the trim is close to the color of the cupboards. It kind of brings it all together.

We just planted almost 60 trees last night along the driveway. This picture was taken about a week ago when Evan (and all 3 kids if you look close!) was mowing the spot where we put the trees. They are just seedlings, but hopefully it won't take too long for them to grow!




This is the back deck...still not finished. We do use it a lot already, though. Since this picture, we have gotten some of our exterior trim up. Siding should be soon!!!
