PREGNANCY TEA

One thing I am convinced has helped me through this pregnancy is a home-made loose-leaf tea I have been drinking. The following information has been taken from http://www.bulkherbstore.com/, which gives information on the benefits of each of these herbs during pregnancy. Though I didn't really start until my second trimester, I think it would have also helped with my nausea during the first one. I have been drinking equal amounts of the following:

Red Raspberry
Alfalfa
Peppermint

The following is a blurp of information for Red Raspberry Leaf. To find more information about the others and many more herbs, check out their website. As you can see, it's beneficial for more than just pregnant women!

Sounds like great tea - although I haven't been able to get past the idea of drinking "leaf juice." Ha! Perhaps I'll grow up someday and learn to like it.

Just curious - are you going to change the name of your blog when Jr. is born? :)

Adding a bit of honey helps, too, but the peppermint actually gives it a really good flavor.

I thought about the whole name-change a while back and realized how little I had thought ahead when naming the blog. It's not on the top of my priorities at this point, but maybe someday.... :)
